Inflated interests poor customer service
After my capfin loan was handed over to you about a year ago, 9000 something, you've been adding ridiculous interest, late payments for R650 are accompanied by inflated interests of R500. I tried to call your phone doesn't go through, yet when you call me you charge me !, I've been trying to get a reasonable settlement amount but yhoo no one is assisting , I'm being taken on a Ride this is day light robbery
