Bad services super sonic fivre company
Lukas Johannes Pieterse. Supersonic. Fibre wi fi. I am so disappointed ito the services of Super sonic billings account department over charge clients and customers. I relocate from my old department to a new department next to each other on same premises. I phone supersonic for assistance. Qell the consultant at super sonic said the wi fi i currently use 25 is totally terminating i have to change to the 30 speed. And i have to send a mail to cancellation and cancel the 25 speed i did cancel via e mail on the 4 th Septem. The lady said it will cost me 800 Sept accoubt witch was not true. For the reason i go into my bank account supersonic put a debit orser of 2800 rand over chargibg. Luckiky i do not have the sufficient funds for the debit went tbrew. Yes please be alert. Its really unprofessional service abd miney making business bad reputation for supersonic fibre company abuses clients customers. I sebd a mail to supersonic. Billings account department to rectify the error. Abd major bad abused calculations. Still not recieve any feedback at all supersonic fibre services very very bad and major problem abuses clients customers very bad services

The company abused employees Asking and employs staff Cheap labour once it comes the staff to receive there hard working salary Immediately Mr Hendrik who is currently the (OBS) Manager at AAS Security in Minnebron Brakpan. Treated his new employees bad disappointed not paying the new employees forcing the employee to handed.
