Fine Homes Umhlanga
Useless service, do not use! I saw their listing and contacted via whatsapp, no response. Get a call from someone called Santosh who an agent would call me first thing the next day. Waited until the afternoon, no call. Sent a whatsapp to follow up, no response. Sent a whatsapp the next day giving him feedback on my unhapiness with his service. They tried calling but I've blocked them. I wont do business with a company that does not need or want my business!

Pathetic service at Pick n pay Musgrave centre store
I visited the pick n pay store in the Musgrave Centre today. I wanted to get a smart shopper card so I waited in the queue at the money market counter For 10 minutes. The lady serving there then tells me to go to the cigarette counter, which I did and waited in that queue for another 5 minutes. When I got to the front the lady tells me they have no cards . I then replied this was poor service, there is no notices up saying cards aren't available and further she wasnt at all helpful. I didn't shout or swear. Instead of trying to assist me she told me to speak to the manager. When I started to walk away she told the next customer I shouted at her. She is in the retail industry. She is paid to serve people. She is not there to do me a favor. This just makes the point that the Musgrave store is poorly run. Shelves are not well stocked and they keep changing the locations of products and usually no one around to assist. Staff is unfriendly as well. Useless store and service. I will rather do my shopping at spar or checkers from now on.
