"**** Alert: Vikela Security / Vikela Group Takes Deposits, Vanishes Without Delivering Services"
Warning to others: This individual has taken deposits from multiple people for services that were never delivered and then disappeared. Numerous complaints on her Vikela Security Facebook page as well as Vikela Security Group - every FB page she is linked to reflect similar *****ulent activity. In my case, she claimed to be hospitalised and had someone posing as her daughter respond to messages, repeatedly promising proof of payment. The proof sent was a **** Nedbank POP document. She also promised to meet and refund me but never arrived. I have since confirmed with another gentleman that she was not in hospital, as she claimed, and had been in contact with him during that time. Please be extremely cautious as these ppl are *******.

Do Not Recommend Bidvest Mechanical Warranty!!
Extremely poor service - My vehicle has been in the shop for over 2 weeks now and they have not even sent an assessor out. When phoning they keep you on hold and transfer you from department to department and then promise to get back to you and never do.
