Bad service received from this company. First time buyer, bought glasses and now i have an issue with them and they refuse to help me. Terrible business to deal with. I have reached out to them on a number of occasions to have the matter resolved but they are unwilling to resolve the matter.
Bought products, received them. Upon checking the products there was a problem with the products. Contacted them and returned the products through the post office. I submitted all the necessary documents slips/receipts and pictures and the proof within their required time. I am having issues getting my money back for the manifest and the shipping costs back to China. Even though they have a free return policy i was told to pay for the shipping costs.
I am very disappointed in the way that Vodacom is currently dealing with my account. After calling them in August and sending emails on the 23rd of August my issue is still not resolved of cancelling the fibre account. I have emailed customercare@vodacom.co.za,subscribercollections@vodacom.co.za,cancellations@vodacom.co.za. I have sent numerous emails with no proper help from all of them. For 3 months of trying to resolve this issue and with no help. Now they want me to pay for all these months.
I went to Doctor Zainab Peer for a driver's screening. After the Test i wanted to understand what the certificate meant and what is ticked in the different blocks of the Certificate. She did not want to explain to me and just said the Licensing department will tell me what to do. The certificate basically said i have failed the eye test. Upon arriving at the license department they said the certificate says you failed, they then requested that i do their test which i did and i got everything 100%.
Experienced very bad service with Pick n Pay ASAP. Requested a call back on their call center only to receive a call 7 days later. Placed an order 3 weeks ago, only received some items and had to call them on their call center for them to bring the remaining items. Placed an order yesterday, i have not received the two items. Send email to their support and i still have not received the items.
