Unresolved Claim and Lack of Communication I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Prime Meridian Direct in relation to my recent claim. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention. Pmd rejected my claim, and I am not satisfied, there no road signs in the national road where the accident took place. Secondly PMD towed my car to a place I do not know without my consent.
PMD has been good to me... Every time i want to ask some questions they are always available....
