Rented from Vrentals recently and had zero issues. Car was clean, service was quick, and the staff were actually decent to deal with. After my experience, I genuinely think some of these bad reviews are just from people who already have bad records or caused problems themselves. People act shocked when companies are strict after dealing with reckless clients all day 😭

Rented from Vrentals recently and had zero issues. Car was clean, service was quick, and the staff were actually decent to deal with. The consultants service received from Siyanda and Thandazani is exceptionally excellent, they provided speedy service However I was disappointed when I was told to go home and come back the following day since the company had to close office at 12pm for prayer
