MK PARTY NEEDS TO GO INTO VRENTAL TO INVESTIGATE, I MYSELY HAVE 2 POLICE CASES AGAINST THEM. POLICE HAVE GONE THERE WITH ME AND DEMANDED THEY PAY BACK THE MONIES THEY STOLE FROM ME UNDER THE PRETENCES OF SELLING ME A CAR WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE AFTER PAYING IN THE MONIES. THE POLICE THEMSELVES TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE TIRED OF V RENTAL , THEY ARE AT THE BUSINESS EVERYDAY WITH PEOPLE COMPLAINING OF HOW THEY ARE BEING SQUANDERED FOR MONIES FROM THEM. THEY ARE CLONING BANK CARDS AND TAKING MONIES VIA ONLINE BANKING WITHOUT THE CLIENTS PERMISSION. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUTHLESS AND NEED TO BE STOPPED.

My initial experience with Vrentals was very positive, particularly regarding their advertising and sales approach. The marketing creates the impression that customers are valued and treated with importance. Unfortunately, my experience after signing the agreement was completely different. The after-sales service, as well as my interactions with the accounts department and sales representatives, were extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Communication was poor, and I felt that I was not treated with the basic level of respect and professionalism one would expect as a paying customer. The rent-to-own model should empower customers who are working toward vehicle ownership. Instead, the overall experience made me feel as though I was being treated as if I were indefinitely indebted, despite meeting my payment obligations and supporting the business. No customer should feel belittled or undervalued for choosing a rent-to-own option. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Vrentals. There are many other rent-to-own vehicle providers in South Africa that treat their clients with professionalism, respect, and basic human decency

I got ****med by one of their agents, well let me rephrase I was mis lead by their agent so he could make a sale instead of explaining the contract properly... the matter is yet to be resolved but I'm hoping for the best .
