I want a refund

I made an order on Sunday (16oct 2022) and I added another product cause there was a promo code and when I was in checkout realized that the promo code was not applied went back a few moments laters I got charged and the order was placed tried contacting them telling them that I didn't place the order there was a mistake they told me that they can't cancel the order theres nothing they can do about that and the worst part I didn't receive one of the items and I want a refund for the item cause it's been over 4hours

Trashy brand and poor management

Have been waiting for my order for over a month now. When I request for a refund they tell me that they don't have money to repay me they used my money to buy materials i should just open a case against them. What suprises me it's that they're still taking orders

I want a refund

Been waiting for my orders for 3weeks now last time i called Paul the owner he told me they had issues but he promised that I'll get my stuff before end of this week and they can't get me a refund becouse they already used the money to buy material I've been trying to reach him since last night with no respond or answer

I want my money back

I've placed an order on the 11th of April under my name paid for it even choose the courier guy option paid extra money totalling R600 as they said it takes 2-3days. Then placed another order on the 12th of april under Calvin chose the paxi option totalling R580. Still today i haven't received any of my order when i request for help they're blue ticking me on whatsapp even went to an extend of send the guy screenshots on whatsapp of my payments he just blue ticks me.
