Do not do your license through these guys that are linked with Disky and Super Quick. Their 10 day turnaround is now 4 weeks with no resolution. The service is shocking! Top management (Ricardo Da Fonseca, Kevin Lester Olinsky, Sibusiso Shongwe, Ryan Burnham-King) don't have the decency to respond to emails. Post Office would have been less stressful.
My internet line went down on the 19/04/2022, i have phoned so many time and spoken to so many consultants. They all have a different story and all promise to get back to me. It is a week later and i still dont have internet or any idea what the issue is and when it will come on. I have since given a months notice as i cannot deal with this bad service anymore, my contract ends on 01/06/2022. I have received an email from Vodacom with the cancellation reference, but stating the following: Please note that we require a calendar month notice. Therefore, you will be billed full subscription for the month of May. Your cancellation order number is/are SO220422-004331. You will receive confirmation as soon as it has been successfully completed. Please note that your Vodacom account continues to be payable as usual until your order is completed. They demand that i must carry on paying yet have done nothing to assist to resolve my internet connection. So they expect me to pay for no service from the 19/04 until 31/05/2022!! They not even willing to try get my service up for the last month. I have never defaulted on my debit for over a year since Ive been with them, but Vodacom as a big corporate can default and abuse their so called clients. I have never had such bad service....thanks VODACOM FOR THE SHOCKING SERVICE!!
