Today at 10:16AM I bought electricity and did an immediate payment. I accidentally used the wrong reference number but I called to tell them and sent a proof of payment as well. I called 9 times just to not get any help. Now as we speak ? I still have no electricity. I know they are going to tell me about the nationwide Internet outage and that’s not what I want to hear. I just want them to load my electricity please.
