I booked a car online with budget /Avis for 4to 13 December,the day I'm supposed to collect the car they tell me that there's a R14000 deposit,mind u it's written nowhere this on their website or my rental agreement.nevertheless I eventually went to the montana branch and changed the whole booking.Now they're refusing to refund my deposit on time and they keep making silly excuses.At the same time they advertise book 4 days but pay 3 yet they refused to get give it to me.Avis/budget car rental you don't deserve even 1star,
The car was online auction but wen I got there they 1st said the car was not there.i showed them it was there online.then magically it was found.then all of a sudden the car is offline after test driving it .Then it appeared again but now with a sign saying sale in progress.The sales person Xavier ,together with the manager very rude.The manager appears to b a crook .they were reserving this vehicle for their friends

We are attending to yr query.Today is 26 December still no conclusion about my car.One Riaan Potgieter took over my claim from a dead Gloria Machete, who had been sitting on my claim for a month without doing anything. Riaan said by tomorrow we shud be done.It has been a week.Acident happened 17nov today is 26 December no word from this insurance.and guess what yesterday they took their debit order from my bank.
I had an accident 17 November.today almost a month later nothing has been done about my claim.i call this bussiness daily to know what is happening but I keep getting the same story.we are struggling to get hold of the 3rd party to confirm the acccident.Yet I've given them all the information about her.The consultant dealing with my case Gloria Machete only contacted me once in this whole month.everytime I call to speak to her it's either she is off,not available to take yr call,busy, or today she is coming in after 12,or she is the only one who knows the system where yr claim is .she's the only one who can open it.These are all the excuses I hear.What these people forget is I still need to go to work,run errands ,do life.
I went to engen garage doornport plaza east on 30th March on my way to take my kids to durban.i poured a full tank did tyres and put water and oil.i travelled up to germiston and car overheated and engine seized,BECAUSE THE WATER WAS NOT PUT AND THE CAP OF THE BOTTLE NOT CLOSED.I had to be towed back to pretoria.my car engine is damaged and the owners of this garage refuses to fix my car,they keep giving me details of their insurance and say just talk to them.the owners are Chris and Vuyo Hani,very arrogant people.if you go to this garage go there at yr own risk,you could get ye engine damaged
