I was told by a consultant that i would not be charged for the cancellation of my service, A week later i am sent an email saying i need to pay a clawback fee of R2880, i then take off work that day to go to the offices in sandton and when i get there, i get told that nobody in a management position is in today, I then get told by the receptionist that she has escalated it to them and that they will contact me ij the next week. 2 weeks later i have still not heard anything, i contact webafrica and they tell me that there is no requirements on there system stating on should pay anything anymore. Now today i get billed R2880 and they keep ignoring my request when i request my voice recording of the original sale as they never ever stated a clawback fee in the event of cancellation.
