I have never come across such a total shambles and incompetency. I tried to book Hluleka Nature Reserve fir a few nights. My booking was accepted ( did this on-line) and had to pay straight away. No problem with that. That same day of booking, I received an email from EPTCA telling me my booking was cancelled because the Park was closed fir renovations and that they had no idea when it would’ve-open. Seems they have no idea about anything. Why this Park could be booked in the first instance in view of the above is appalling. I then phoned them direct. They asked for the reason I was cancelling…can you believe it! Then, the frustration of the very messy steps to try and get a refund…something simple but made very frustrating and full of totally un-necessary bureaucracy. Adding insult to injury is that it can take 3 weeks to get your money back! Never…never ever again!
Unfortunately, not a great experience. I placed and paid for my order straight away. When I went to track my item, it said that payment had not been made. I had to contact them and show them my proof that indeed I had paid. Then there was a delay in getting my item. Sad to say but I will not use this business again…they just make things too hard and complicated when it is just so easy.
They wired up my spotlights twice and both times incorrectly. Eventually had to resort to a professional auto electrician. They also remapped my engine but again messed that up too. Soecialist Mitsubishi people??? No. They will admit their mistakes but will use lots of smoke , BS and every excuse under the sun. I have found them to tell lies of huge magnitude and arrogant beyond belief
Wow! 3 terrible reviews in a row for this crowd of jokers! Having thought initially that my engine re-map had been done properly…think again. A blunder of blunders, proving once more that these people do the talk but they can’t even crawl..let alone do the walk. My issue with poor acceleration came to light at long last…re-mapping totally stuffed up. Again..from Arnold the owner..l”We always check our work 110%” like hell Arnold…like hell! . I have all the records…for all the other complaints too. These are on texts/ audio messages on WhatsApp.Should anyone want proof, I will only be too happy to forward on. PLEASE avoid these totally dishonest people… they have no idea of what they doing! My issue finally resolved by Alan Black Bosch Service Centre in Springs..
I took my newly acquired Fiat Fullback dual cab 2.5L turbo diesel into Mitsi Tech to have the motor re-mapped and a poly air suspension kit fitted. Whilst my Bakkie was there, I also had my personal Hella FF1000 spotties fitted. I asked if they could be wired directly to my high beam( I supplied full wiring harness). That night, when I turned my lights on…low beam.. everyone was flashing me. I stopped to check and damn, my right hand spotlight was on! No small wonder! I contacted the business as soon as I could. I told them that whoever had done this job had stuffed up. They had done a poor job and worse still,had not even bothered to check their work. Immediately the owner can back & said they always checked their work 110%! Really? Took the Bakkie back and sure enough, spotties had been incorrectly wired! Shortly after that.. on a trip down to the Eastern Cape, once again my right hand spotty stopped working. Initially, I thought a bulb had blown . I only got around to working on it a few days back and surprise surprise, the bulb was not blown.. it worked perfectly. Conclusion.. they had stuffed up a very simple job twice in a row. “We check our work 110%” ? Obviously not.. and the work is being done by a person who “ thinks” he knows but in reality hasn’t got a clue! Again, contacted the business and told them of the issue! Immediately, I got a very shirty reply from the owner saying that it was more likely a wire had broken etc. These people just cannot admit when they have stuffed up. They will make very excuse on the planet to avoid admitting that they got it wrong! I have just this hour had my spotties fixed by a professional auto electrician. Nothing wrong AT ALL with my wiring. They (Mitsi Tech) could not have done a worse job if they had tried. No relay had been used to wire up these spotties.. that was the first thing.. second thing , was again wired incorrectly. So… stop being so damn arrogant Arnold and full of yourself and start LISTNING to your customers instead of trying to fob off legitimate complaints with any damn excuse you can find. About time to change channels, attitude and do the right thing by your customer! Could I ever trust this business again? NO. Am I ever going back there? NO
My second bad review for this business. I had my motor re-mapped to get rid of the turbo drag. This work was fine. However, I could still feel that the bakkie was holding back and bogging on acceleration. So, I took the vehicle in (prior to my spotties incident) to see what the issue was. The son of the owner took my bakkie for a test drive and reported on coming back that could feel exactly what I was descibing but wasn't sure what the issue was. His Dad(The owner) than took it for a drive. On getting back, he said with great confidence he knew what the issue was. He ****ed up my bonnet and told me the diesel particulate filter was blocked. To clean it properly etc. He "pointed out" where the filter was. I don't know anything about diesel engines and I I still trusted him at that point he told me he would need my bakkie for 2 days. I asked for a price for this job...and was verbally quoted at R5000-R5500. Ok..So I made a booking but luckily for me..it was two weeks later. As a result of the spotties incident, I cancelled my booking and made a booking with Motus Mitsubishi near the East Rand Mall. I told them that my diesel particulate filter need to be cleaned and also a few other minor tings for them to look at. I asked how long they would need my vehicle and what the anticipated cost would be. Well! 1.5 HOURS to do the filter. Cost +- R800!!!! Geez Who was so close to be taken so very badly here????About an hour after booking the vehicle, Mitsubishi called me. This motor has NO particulate filter as it does not have a catalytic converter. They than test drove it and informed me the fuel filter was really bad and needed replacing. My God, now this bakkie is running like it should...and with the other bits and pieces they did for me, total bill was just over R2000. This business and it's owners are the biggest liars I have ever come across. They bamboozle you with smoke and mirrors and complete lies of unimaginable proportions. PLEASE...DO NOT send your vehicle here...they will rip you blind. Far better to go to an excellent business like Motus Mitsubishi...they really are the specialists...NOT these Gypsey Jokers called Mitsi Tech Performance
Fantastic to find a a secondhand car dealer that is upfront, honest and really does offer a fair & realistic price for your car. I was thinking of possibly changing over my 4x4 and down-sizing to a smaller SUV. I contacted Signature Motors via Cars.co.za. Of 4 companies selected, only 2 bothered to contact me, one of which was Signature Motors. They were quick to respond and were right on time when coming to view my bakkie…and brought the car I was interested in to me. They came to me instead of me having to go to them. That was the first sign that this company wants to do business and they will go that extra mile to secure a happy & satisfied customer.. They saw me mid morning and later that same afternoon, they called to give me the trade value. Well! To say that I was surprised is an understatement! They actually offered ABOVE what I thought was a realistic and fair trade-in price. No mucking around…just upfront and what is truly fantastic, HONEST!! This, in my experience, is something very rare indeed from a motor dealer! If you are looking for a great motor dealer, than Signature Motors is very highly recommended. You will be able to have the confidence that you are dealing with a business that has excellent ethics..a business that you can actually trust and you won’t have any sleepless nights. I know that if ever I do change my vehicle, I will not hesitate to go to Signature Motors first.
What started off as promising has turned into an absolute mess! Happy to call immediately whilst they chase a sale and there sftervtry to ignore you! I wanted to down-scale and swapped my brilliant Fiatfullback 4x4 for a 2026 model Renault Duster 4x4. I didn’t get more than 4 Km when the engine warning light came on. Went home in my Fiat! A Gave all the assurances that things would be done and fixed 109%. My Duster got delivered to my home late Friday afternoon and no sooner I started the car, the same warning lights were still on. Cars..and cars displaying this should not be driven at all…serious engine damage is very likely.Inspectacar did at least 120km…..I have now exercised my right to cancel the sale. The owner of this business has no clue about customer service. He is an incredibly rude, arrogant money hungry at any cost. He gets his staff to take short cuts and the standard if work is appalling. Avoid these people like the pkague…they will only cause you great heartache and they will delight in tipping you off at any opportunity.
