I bought a NEW Mahindra suv 700 in September 2023 from HatfieldMahindra Pretoria. Since them my car has been in to the workshop approximately 7 times. The electronic system keeps giving problems, for example the whole screen will go black while driving and will only come on when you restart the car, or the music will just die. These are just 2 examples. The tire pressure indicater will show that 1 or more tires are flat and even if you check all the tires it still shows the tire pressure is a mess. The velve stem seals had to be replaced so this meant that my car which only has 33 000 km on the clock whole engine had to be stripped. No person will be happy if their new vehicles engine must be stripped but Mahindra forced me to allow this.Now, today the engine light went on and the car couldn't drive any more. My insurance had to come and fetch my car on a low bed because it was at 6 at night. These are just a few problems I have had with a BRAND NEW car. I am at the point where I am going to post all my evidence and videos on all the social platforms to warn other innocent people to not go near any Mahindra because all Mahindra do is pull up their shoulders!!!!!! After sales service at Mahindra is the worst of any other brand ever.
This is my second review. As stated in the first 1 I was involved in an accident on 30 April 2022 where one of your clients Crace Chuma bumoed me out of my kane into a truck in the lane next to me. Your client admitted that she caused the accident. Then she went to Gezina inspecacar where she admitted to the salesman Tah Callistus when she got there after the accident. Tah then told your client that she must not report it to the police because inspectacar will fix my car. When my fiance phoned him he threatened my fiance by saying:"I am nit a South African I will F... You up". I send the first mail because this business threatens innocent members of the public. I also send a mail to inspectacar head office. I reported the accident the same day and even phoned your client from the police station to get the details of the car. On Tuesday Mazive Mzwandile branch manager from inspecacar phoned me and asked me about the accident. He said he will investigate and get back to me. After a lot of back and forth he send me a mail that the Manager Juan de Lange from gezina send him where he repeatedly say that I committed a felony for not reporting tha accident and that if I do not take back my review from hello peter they will take me to the police. The manager said there were no damage to their vechile and attatced to his mail he send 9 photos of their vechiles rigth hand side. The side that was nit bumped so proofing again that they are trying to commit fraud. I have a case number dated on the day of the accident. Do not go to inspectacar because they are liars from their branch manager to their manager to their salesman and they even advice their clients to lie. I have videos showwing the accident as well as witnesses on the sceen but they threaten me with the police
