I took a fibre from Vodacom 3 years ago ...I've contacted Vodacom since first week of December the consultants sent me from one place to another after 30 minutes they tell me that they can not assist i need to go directly to the branch because i want my fibre to be moved they said it is a to link something, went to Eastgate yesterday two ladies were just surprised of what i was talking about they said it is not their problem they don't deal with fibre complaints they also told me to the customer service. This morning i called customer care they say i must go to the branch to log a ticket honestly why must i run around like a headless chicken just to get help while they debit my account without fail when i need help nobody is willing to assist I'm so hurt broken and i don't know what to do at this moment
I ordered on the 4 Dec today is the 22 Dec i haven't received my order so disappointing
I bought a gizzu ups and i struggled to connect it to my home WiFi, I decided to call gizzu hotline number and i was assisted by Mr JP Burger I'm lost for words what an outstanding customer service. He gave me his email and assisted me with all the installation instructions step buy step excellent service thank you very much sir!
They finally responded but i will not recommend them to anyone their customer service is very poor they just don't care and that's that what kind of business that takes the entire year to solve a problem I'm still waiting for my refund I'm not sure how long will that take.
I wrote a review last week because they took my mattress but they are not communicating about my refund, I'm still sleeping on the couch till today Mbali from (JDG) has not contacted me and she is not responding to my emails
I bought a last year few months down the line the mattress was sagging, reported the matter to Sealy they refunded the mattress to the store in April. The store stayed for few months without attending to the matter and not responding to my emails, finally they fetched the mattress last week on the 11 October 4 days later I'm sleeping on the couch, no communication and no refund my emails again are not responded to
I bought Sealy mattress after 6 months the mattress was sagging, I reported the issue Sealy refunded the store but now I want them to come collect the mattress so that i get my money to buy a new one I'm being ignored I've been sending emails but no one is responding to my emails
It is well and good when you buy from them but if its time to attend to your query that's where the problem start I'm still waiting for my bed to be replaced no communication from their side whatsoever and it has been more than two months now
I bought creamy chicken triple decker with crammed crust in Lambton yesterday instead I received three layers of pastry with dry chicken pieces wow the pizza was so dry didn't know what to do with it I ate because it was late and i was hungry. I stayed for two years without buying their pizza because of the same situation i thought over the years they improved but NO. I'm not buying from them anymore they should ask Panarottis for advice really because they pizza is the best.
I bought a heater two months ago and press the collect in store by mistake then immediately I sent an email requesting that order to be delivered since the order was over R700 and qualified for a free delivery and explain what happened and that I don't have transport to collect it that request was Declined then decided to cancel the order and buy another heater again and change the delivery. Till today I'm still waiting for my refund and the heater I bought they delivered it and it was damaged they came and collect it three weeks ago and also that heater has not been replaced I really need your help.... regards Ntombikayise
