Poor customer service. Put the phone down in your ear. Block your cards and accounts even if your balance is in a plus even agreeing it will be at the end of next month. They are not reliable. They refuse to cancel any contract even though it did not start yet. After complaining of not receiving documents they quickly send them while they assure you they are listening to recordings. Left with a red face not being able to pay your rent, buy your children food or not being able to buy electricity because your card keeps op decline even when there's money in, they just put the phone down in your ear. The bank noted me I won't even be able to receive my pay each month without going to the bank and transfer the money to another account. So how are you suppose to pay debit orders like medical aid and policies. They make empty promises putting you in a worse situation than you're already in.
I purchased a Hisense fridge at Game store in Welkom. . First it was the compressor, then a gas leak. Then the fermostat was replace and now the compressor again. They came to fix the fridge 5 times. I bought it in June last year. They dont want to replace the fridge or give us the credit back.
