I went to Telkom on the 29th of December to get the double deals special which ends 31 January. When I got there they filed a request & I was told it would take 3 working days. So please help me understand what's the actual process.
1. Long waiting hours - over an hour and a half waiting for my partner to get assistance 2. Staff is unfriendly - the way they treated him was not humane & other patients were on & out even though they came in after us
