Excellent on all fronts - communication, customer service and product. I live in Malawi and so I had to order my sofa remotely for my runner to deliver. Justin and Fadia dealt with my transaction and were the absolute dream team - I cannot praise them both enough. The quality of the sofa itself is fantastic, super comfy and the cushions are very plump so I do not foresee them slumping. I will definitely be back and have already recommended Sofaworx to friends in SA.
