My mother bought a blind for her window on the 10/11/23. She paid at the store and promised that the blind would be collected from another store by the next Friday. We went to the store on Saturday and there was no blind. We then promised that the blind would be fetch from their Ermelo branch the next Wednesday but when we got there on Thursday still there was no blind. By this time we were asking for refund they claimed that they didn't have the bar code required to refund. We explained that we live 26 km away and can't keep drinking that far just to be told to stories. They then promised to compensate us for traveling to and from their store. On Saturday they came with the wrong blind and we had to wait longer for them to find the right one 🤦😤😤
They are the best. I bought my son an engraved wooden watch and the service was amazing. The watch is beautiful, the words were perfect and the packaging was gorgeous.
