Hi Q strand Hi Q Brakenfell
I was working for that company 5 times they are in Cape Town and from the beginning I was at brackenfell where they pick me up and drop me off that was fine and good but most of the time Mr Heinrich Len Smith I was off a week I don't know if he was trying to show me something and then they asked me to come back to work again and then I have to go to Strand work there and then back to brackenfell it's up and down up and down all the time and then I was off a week and then he asked me to come back again and then I was off another week and then I have to come back again and I was up and down up and down all the time making the people's life difficult my life difficult everybody has to wait for me to get picked up or dropped off picked up dropped off so everybody was unhappy because it's their time they coming late back at work they have to open up early drive me up and down up and down between the shops and a lot of times like I said and then I was off a week and then Mr heindrich Lynn Smith asked where going to come back again then work again for 23 weeks and then offer week again and I was there for eight months working for the company five times at 8 at hi-q Strand after I've left the last time asking for my ui19 salary schedule battling for a month-and-a-half trying to get that out of them because I just left obviously absconded they refused to give it to me and blocked me on all my emails yesterday I phoned him personally speaking to Mr hundred playing Smith the owner Wendy Bartman is his sister working with the ui-19 salary schedule his exact words to me was I can stand on my head and do whatever I want to he will not issue my ui19 and salary schedule because of me leaving the company obviously absconding and also his exact words to me is where ever he will come across me in the tire industry he will Bad Name and make trouble for me so that I won't work in the tire industry anymore so tell me is that a bus to work for definitely not and he also carried on about my religion I say I'm a religious person but this is the things I do it's my personal reasons my personal life if I don't wanna work there anymore but he insisted on making my name but where ever you will come across me according to me that's against the law I think the way I was treated it's not good because the salary and he paid me is not good I was working for him and in 19,000 the beginning and after the few times that I came back he only paid me 10,000 a month and there was no tax deducted I think that's why he doesn't want to give me my you are 19 so he's making my life difficult and said you still will make my life difficult who does he think he is to make a person's life difficult I've got a wife and a child a year and seven months I can't get work so according to what he said and will do if ever I get work I will be put off because of him making my name bad I can't draw any uif or hand in my tax returns there's as other employees working from as well that is very unhappy I'm not mentioning names I'm not badmouthing any people but yeah maybe that's how they operate I can't say but why they keeping my stuff away from me and keeping me from getting work wants to bed name and that's what he said to me yesterday when I was talking to him while I was phoning him and speaking to him people like that I think because of Dave got seven shops a lot of money they can ruin people's lives but don't think about the consequences that they do to people . They also don't even pay people on public holidays double time if they have to work are Saturday's time and a half he just get paid normal so on the public holiday if you go and work is just get your normal time and if you don't work on a public holiday according to Wendy Bartman you don't get paid for that day people work public holidays they don't get paid double time at all in that company so they according to them just do what they want to they don't go according to the law

I need answers on this please
I would firstly like to know what is your rights as a South African citizen to just be stopped in the street and being searched by a police officer without any documentation just saying that he has got a suspicion that I'm doing drugs which is not the case at all going through my pockets my wallet and everything and humiliating you in public I'm saying that he can do it we can search for if you want to but on the same Street people standing drinking alcohol and smoking **** so how can that be possible in this country the search innocent people but they leave all the people doing all the other crimes right in front of them this happened in brakpan then about 9:00 this morning

And i also took a statement from SAP to the bank and they refuse to help me
Today I was defrauded of money that was not paid back to my account I went to the bank I got a reference number and they said to me they can't reverse it I'm not sure why not because it's money taken out of my account people that was defrauding me for money so basically that's stealing my money I also asked about the debit order a debit order is a contract that is signed by me that the money can be taken off that you can reverse but money let's get stolen you can't reverse and it's also a capitec client so I don't understand that you've got double rules then this company and how it works so please like to sort this out it's 2265 that was taken from here so do we just give money away and the bank doesn't bother helping you anymore these days

Service is very very poor I'll still my phone was going to be delivered at 3:00 a.m. this morning it was after 9 the driver didn't want to give it to me my paperwork was an order his phone or fingerprint device was not working after I phoned three or four times wasting about 150 worth of airtime and my time and other appointments that I had to re-schedule losing money not happy with the service at all and I still don't have my phone and at 9:00 I was told somebody will phone me back they resolve this issue it's now 12:40 nobody has yet phoned me back to resolve this issue I will definitely not recommend this to nobody I'm very unhappy with the service that I got
