Disappointed, BAD VERY BAD SERVICE!! THEY DONT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR
I would not recommend anyone to use Mr D , i ordered McDonald's and while i was still waiting for my order to arrive to my surprise my order was canceled, i then called their Mr D helpline, i was told that the driver tried to deliver but did not find my address, but i was so mad because i usually order almost every week using Mr D not even on a single day my address could not be found, im really disappointed that i was partially refunded..the service is very bad..i will not use Mr D ever in my life...and i wont recommend anyone to use it....they are too quick to deduct the money but fail to refund or deliver, they don't deserve even one star

I am so disgusted about this company, I applied for a Sales consultant position on Pnet and i received a call from Real promotions for an interview, I went there by their offices in Cresta and the interview was so unprofessional, they said its a " meet and greet interview" and on my way home i got a call saying that i was selected to attend the second-round interview, mind you on the first-round interview i kept on asking the lady about the position that i have applied for, she kept on not being specific or honest about it, the following day i went for that second-round interview and i was expecting to be interviewed by a store manager,, yooh i was handed to a field manager,, i was life what the ****? because i applied for a store's sales consultant , i was taken to the field, had to knock door to door and sell the fibre..its not like i am underestimating the job but that is not my thing and that is not what i applied for. on the first interview i was even told that the basic salary is gonna be R8000 but now the field manager then told me that its only commision based. I am so ****en ****ed. A friendly advise to all the recruitment agencies: PLEASE BE HONEST AND TRUTHFUL TO PEOPLE, STOP LYING AND PROMISING PEOPLE SOMETHING THAT IS NOT TRUE .

Thanks to Cell C's SM department
I would like to thank Cell C's Social Media department, I am so grateful that after i wrote my complain on this Hellopeter site and my complain was taken into consideration and was resolved, thanks a lot to the team and i also got the calls and emails regarding my complain and it this morning i received my paid up letter, I am just waiting for them to update my ITC as they promised . I am so satisfied thus far.

Cell C contract cancellation
I have received a very bad experience with cell c 's retentions call center. I called them as i wanted to cancel the contract that i have with them and they keep telling me that i failed the security questions.. how can i not know my id number and my name and surname as well as my home address? and why would i want to cancel a contract that does not belong to me? now the number that i want to cancel is " permanently deactivated" now i must struggling by calling and being transferred from one department to another.. i'm so ****ed. can anyone from cell c contact me and fix this mess because this whole thing is gonna affect my credit profile
