TELKOM - Unauthorized billing and handover

About 3 years ago we enquired at Telkom for an ADSL line in Brakpan North. Telkom's response was that they would not be investing in the area. Even now there are no telephone lines in that area. Ever since Telkom has billed us for something that they haven't even installed! Threats of being handed over are really starting to work on my nerves. As soon as you explain the situation to the one collector, it gets handed over to another company. This needs to be stopped immediately, or I will have to take it further. Nobody can supply us proof of the contract signed, nor a usage account because THE THING THEY ARE CHARGING FOR DOESN'T EXIST.

TRU-CAPE APPLES - What a waste of money

Our family eat a LOT of apples, and Tru-Cape Granny Smith Apples are usually our favourite. But the last couple of months the quality has been appaling (excuse the pun). The apples look OK when you buy them, but give it a day or two at home and they are all black and brown. The apples are all bruised and bumped and start to rot soon after purchase. I was at my local PnP again last week to purchase apples, and this time I took a good hard look at the apples in the bag. Every single bag on the shelf had bruised apples in it. I took photographs, if you want them. Now I might be sending this complaint to the incorrect entity, it might be your transport damaging the goods...but the fact remains that I'm not going to be spending my money on Tru-Cape apples until this issue has been resolved.
