Non-Payment of Salary and Commission – Unacceptable & ********
My husband works for ACDC Express Woodmead, and we are extremely disappointed by the company’s failure to honour its obligations. • His May commission has not been paid (now over a month late) • His June salary and June commission are also outstanding • We were told payment was made on 30 June, but nothing has reflected, and we’ve received no proof of payment • The company has been completely unresponsive, and this is a clear violation of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act We are escalating the matter to the CCMA, the Department of Labour, and other authorities. This kind of treatment of employees is unacceptable, and we’re posting here to warn others about working with or for this company.

Damelin Correspondence College – Ignored, No Results, No Exams, No Refund
I submitted my assessments to Damelin Correspondence College via PostNet on 30 July 2024 for the National Certificate in Supply Chain Management (NQF 5). Since then, I have received no results, no communication, and I am still waiting to write my exams. The course officially expired in October 2023, yet no support or updates have been given. I have called, emailed, and even requested a refund due to the lack of service — but there has been no response at all. Meanwhile, Damelin remains accredited with DHET and CHE, yet students are being left in the dark. We have paid for these qualifications in full, but our futures are on hold. This is completely unacceptable and must be addressed. Student No: 445586

My Experience with Damelin Correspondence College: A Cautionary Tale 🚨
I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Damelin Correspondence College. After submitting my assessments for the Higher Certificate in Supply Chain Management at the end of July, I’ve sent numerous emails and made countless phone calls, yet I’ve received no feedback or results. Despite over 10 attempts to follow up, the lack of communication has been deeply frustrating. 😕 When it comes time to register, they are more than happy to call daily. However, when support is needed, they become unreachable. 📞📵 I’ve also heard concerning information that Damelin may not be properly registered as an accredited institution. Can anyone confirm if this is true or assist me in addressing this situation? 🤔 I urge anyone considering enrolling with Damelin to thoroughly investigate their registration status and approach with caution. Your education and investment deserve better. 🎓💡

Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Communication from Snatcher
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Snatcher. I requested a refund on the 13th of August, and as of today, the 30th of August, I am still waiting for it. Despite sending multiple emails to follow up, I have received no response or acknowledgment from their support team. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. It's frustrating to be left in the dark for 17 days without any updates or resolution. This kind of service is not what I expected, and it has left me questioning the reliability of Snatcher. I urge anyone considering purchasing from Snatcher to be cautious. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope they improve their customer service moving forward.
