Good day, I am deeply appalled by the lack of attention or customer service that I have been requesting from Nike South Africa. I have been to your offices, I have been informed to submit a formal request for an appointment via email regarding my issue that requires either customer service or someone senior in the company. However, this is where I have been patient enough to wait almost two weeks with no response and I am disgusted in how I am being treated by my two emails I've sent being completely ignored with no effort at a response from Nike Head Office SA. I am simply asking for an appointment to have someone assist me in getting my problem resolved and I can go back to enjoying my product that I bought from Nike. As I have been a very loyal and supportive client to Nike over the years. Which is why I am upset about this situation. As this is my first problem I've ever had and my words have gone unanswered. This company stole our money and has not done the work we paid for. Yet this company and their secondary company continues to operate as well stealing money from clients that are promised quality workmanship.
