I am deeply disappointed with the poor service I have received from UNISA regarding the qualification audit process. As a student who completed a course in the previous year, I expected a seamless transition to the current year's registration. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The primary issue lies in the prolonged duration UNISA is taking to audit qualifications. It is now February, and I am still awaiting the completion of this seemingly endless process. This delay has directly impacted my ability to register for the current academic year, leaving me in a state of limbo. Compounding the frustration is the fact that I have forfeited a bursary due to the inability to register on time. This financial setback is a direct result of UNISA's inefficiency in expediting the qualification audit, a critical step that should not be causing such a significant delay. Communication from UNISA has been sp**** and unhelpful, leaving me in the dark about the progress of the audit and when I can expect to register. The lack of transparency and accountability in this matter is utterly unacceptable, especially considering the financial implications for students like myself. I implore UNISA to prioritize and expedite the qualification audit process to avoid jeopardizing the academic and financial futures of its students. The current state of affairs reflects poorly on the institution and has left me questioning the reliability and efficiency of UNISA's administrative processes. As a paying student, I deserve better treatment and more timely resolutions to such crucial matters. It's like if we don't have to pay for our school fees and we study for free.
The company is so bad, you will regret taking their car. I have been struggling to get back my deposit. You will call, they will never answer phones and never get back to you. Still havent received my R8000 deposit
