This one's are ****mers. Don't bother to join. Devil in our country. They make sure your claim is rejected. They have all kinds of additional accesses. If you want peace then stay away from them

**** I took the one of 99 which was good as mentioned. But I wanted to cancel the contract but they don't assist. They send you emails to follow the link but they don't approve my cancelation. Not I'm tired of disputing their debit orders since I don't need the service. I have to change capitec bank because they say whenever I block matrix they change the reference number so meaning once you have joined matrix will keep on debiting money from you because they change the reference anytime. **** **** ****. Don't join please unless you wanna be another South African to complain or ****med.

Don't join this insurance
Terrible insurance I have never seen, When you join them ask them about their additional accesses. Make sure you understand clearly to avoid being scammed by this people.

Another Devil in our Country
Another devil in our Country. This people what they want is money. They don't car about their clients, this broker made me join a terrible insurance called affinity. They have 7 additional access, they always take time to approve claims. During days of claim you will be going up and down on your own as if you don't have a broke.

Devil in our Country "AFFINITY INSURANCE"
I joined the Car insurance via a broker, what a devil in our country. They have more than 6 additional access, basic access was 6000, when you can has a problem boom they take time to assess your car in order to find loop holes, the damage was 11000 in my car but was told to pay an access of 19000, For what reason you will never know. I can not recommend this Insurance to anyone, if you want to be left dry in your pockets just join them and you will see. But if you need financial stability then stay away from Affinity Insurance. Devil in our Country. They kept my car for 12 days there by the panel beater, they wanted me to pay the storage fee, fortunately the panel beater said I dnt have to pay since well they are the one fixing my car.

Devil in our Country
Scam Scam Scam. I was scammed this so called AB BROKERS. They introduced a devil called affinity car insurance to me. I paid my premiums properly. Came a moment of claim and that's why this so called broker turned their back on me. There is a guy called Thokozane Shezi who was helping me joining this insurance. During claim tes he wasn't answering my calls. The time I joined affinity access was 6000 but when I had to claim I was told to pay 19000 access and I canceled the claim then I recieved a massage that storage will be on me. Fortunately the panel beater was good and I negotiated with them to fix my car and I manged to pay less than 9000 but Affinity wanted me to pay access of 19000. If you want a broker please look elsewhere not this AB BROKERS with their AFFINITY CAR INSURANCE. #DONT JOIN

What a devil in our Country. I joined this insurance through a broker when I purchased my first car. I paid my premiums in time. Came a time to claim, eiiiii this people gave me problem to a point where I was told to pay an access of 19000, I had to cancel the claim, only to findout from the panel beater that the damage of my car was 11000, I fixed my car on my own and left this devil. They have almost 7 additional access. Please if you know what's best for you just don't join this insurance coz your claims won't be attended.
