In 2020 March I took a 24months contract with Cell C, which meant it would end in March 2022. March 2022 they called to offer to renew my contract and I turned them down then they told me to call customer care to end my contract with them, I did as they told me to and the contract ended. To my surprise on the 15 April 2022 they deducted the contract amount from my account and I went to reverse it as to my knowledge the contracted ended which meant I own they nothing. Although now they have sent me an sms saying my credit was handed to their nnc credit bureau. They have a bad service as when the contract started I had to pay for the Sims to be activated and to get data for that month as it was on the 23 March and my debit was for the 15th of every month.
