Please do not use this company. This company asks for a deposit and on day of scheduled work they have a problem with your electricity or water pressure, and than accuse you of being abusive when you clearly ask them questions. A refund is not given. They could not do the job stating the above however a second company came out and did a better job. asking for my refund i was accused of abusing their staff when i merely was asking questions. They kept my deposit and no work was done stating they came out and were not able to do the work so deposit must be kept. The owner did not even discuss coming on another day or that his machinery is a problem. The fact that another company came in and cleaned my carpets on the same day clearly showing that their was no problem with the electricity or water. I would not recommend this company
Hello. I wish to tell a story about Foschini Waterfall Mall Rustenburg. Today (05/11/2022) I was at the teller exchanging an item when at the teller next to me I noticed an elderly lady putting her head down on the counter. I asked if she was okay and she said no, she needs to sit down. I immediatly asked the staff for a chair where they first refused to give it to me and than just took their time to give it to me, after I screamed at them. (I had to ask 3X) Mrs Debbie told me that she just needed to rest as she had a pacemaker put in 2 weeks ago. She asked for water but the Foschini staff said they not allowed to give her water as they do not know her condition so does not know if water would agree with her. (Ridiculous) They actually said I should go buy her water, which was not a problem for me but than I would have to walk way down to food court. And if that was not enough your staff kept asking her if her purchase was going to be on cash or account. The woman could hardly breathe, struggling she told them to leave everything she was not feeling very well. I left with Ms Debbie and took her to her vehicle where her husband was waiting (P.S Her husband has Alzeimers) Now where is the compassion with Foschini staff. Do you not train them to assist customers at its best.
