So disappointing! I called before 09:00 and left a voice message. By 13:00 (4 hours later) had no response. Called again, and Pedro said he had not checked voice messages yet. I said that we would like to consider him for renovating our pool. He promised to call me the afternoon with scheduling and procedure. He did not. The next morning I received a text with scheduling and request for 70% before work starts. Was obviously slightly concerned that he did not keep his word, and now requires 70% before anything is done, so I called and mentioned this. His response was that I (the client) should understand that he is very busy and has many other jobs, and if this is the way I feel, I should find someone else to do it!!! Wow!! Seems he has too much work to take on more clients. I wish he had told me this BEFORE going through the quotation and scheduling process.
So, after my previous complaint, Carmatrix (Deon) did not call and apologize, or try to sort anything. Nope. He decided to take legal action! Yup, his attorney (prokureuer?) sent me a letter threatening to sue me for slander if I do not retract everything I've said, and apologize publicly. I enlisted the assistance of an attorney, and the matter did not go any further. I accepted that the nonsense was now over and done with, but no...upon having no joy from the attempt to sue me/get me to retract, this company went ahead and searched for my business (bear in mind, he's NEVER contacted me or my business or transacted/communicated with it in any way - the only contact we've ever had is when I - in my private person - called him for advice and a quote), and then he posted inappropriate spam there, and also gave the business a bad rating. AGAIN - HE HAS NEVER DONE BUSINESS OR CONTACTED MY COMPANY! Yet, he first tried to sue me to get the negative rating removed, and then stooped to the level of spamming my business. I removed the spam and reported it as hate speech and as spam, so his accounts will probably be closed or warnings issued, but, jaaaa....does the term low-life apply?
Bongeka sent me an email (on my telephonic request, when she called me with info regarding improvements in service) with details relating to a new router and service improvements regarding hotspots. I responded, she did not reply, I waited three or four days, and responded again - still no reply. I then tried again the next day - still no reply, I tried AGAIN the next day, still no reply. I went to the mweb website to lodge a complaint - THERE IS NO PLACE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT!!!!
