Very very Poor service from Netstar Team, they dont deserve this even this 1 star im putting if there was something that says 0/10 i would have putted that, Poor for Fitting Stuff up to Management that i have dealt with, Horrible experience and it was my first time trying them on my 2 cars but i regrets joining them because the lady that came to install the tracker did not have a clue of her Job, stripping wires infront of my Driver😳 shocking i had to tell the driver to give her space and guys you wont believe after that when she was finish with her work, she did not check wether everything is working fine or not she just left. Downloaded app and registered by self also got panic button for emergency but all that was not tested, 4days after fitment was done the Car that was bought in 2022 never had any problems got Burned to Ashes while in Motion with people inside it. Went on Flames burn completely and panic button pressed nothing, i called emergency line for help to get to my driver only to be told that device was not installed properly and they can't pick up anything just that my cars are due for fitment, when i told them that it was fitted 4days ago even got panic button, they said no who ever that did installation did not conclude the job hence they can't pick up anything even if the car was ****** they wouldn't be able to pick up anything, all this happened at night around 21:00, in the morning when i called the lady on the call center was very Rude, when i ask to speak to the manager she ask what all about i said the manager already got email from last night from emergency department, but she refused to transfer me and forced me to repeat what on email after telling her the full story she just said ooooh so you think it our tracker that burned your car ai sorry our tracker dont burn cars🤮, i got Angry and asked her if she works at call center or Fitment department, and asked for her name, she just hangup. 🤦🏽♀️ Finally got through to the manager on my 3rd attempt spoke to Thiru and Mr Govender from durban branch who advice that they will come and see me on the following day, unfortunately for Mr Govender was not able to attend and 2 manager came through to check Mr Addie with the other manager, they came through to check the car in the yard and the on that got burned on the road but to my disappointment they defended the lady that fitted the tracker but said they will send me report on the finding, but i already knew what they will say ln the finding as they keep blaming emergency departments for not picking up the cars as they said everything was futted perfectly, which to me did not make sense as to why they will lie to me about not seeing the cars, so it a department blaming game and other departments blaming the other department so for me emergency department did their job because the email they send at that night all managers got it, so why they would be sending email if everything was fine, so Fitment department running away to take blame and accountability because now the car got burned few days after fitment was done. So guys please im Warning you if you love your Car and you dont have money to replace it, please dont Burn it with Netstar..... Management please intervine on this matter, if not please come and remove your device on my other car before it got Burn also aswell, because since the other one got burn we nevee used the one that was left on the yard. Thank you for Your Poor Service and Burning my Car, Lesson learned Never go for Netstar Product Ever as they can't take Accountability or show Empathy. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎😠
Poor services from Nedbank and MFC I needed to speak to someone that is in charge on MFC decision like a manager but no joy in getting them on the phone and went to the branch to get help but I was told to call when I ask call who because I need a manager but I was send to the phone to call MFC but nothing and wanted to complain no one assisted me, so please anyone from MFC or Nedbank that knows their job, please call me 074 588 3842. I’m tired now tjoooooh very Poor service, guys don’t buy cars via MFC you get a headic when you need to speak to them.
I have been with MFC for sometime now and I have change Jobs but I have informed MFC to be patient with me as my Job will Start at August as for now I’m doing training so my payment will be delayed or less so the Agent that I was speaking to, to make that arrangement said I must pay half of what is outstanding for now and he will make arrangements for me but waited waited nothing, keep calling the Agent to check if any deal was made to sort out this issue and he said his still waiting for the bank to tell him how much should I pay together with the instalment but nothing happened until today in the morning now I’m being phone by a different person now saying I’ve been running away from MFC to make payments so now she’s been tasked to repossess the car and my question to her was you called and I answered same time so when they saying I’m avoiding them how mean while I have made a payment of R7000 last months to bring my account up to date. I told her that there is an agent from MFC that I’ve been speaking to who was trying to get arrangements with MFC and I have forwarded the emails and watsupp messages to this new Agent now and the way we are treated as client it not good, so for me this is Poor customer Service, instead of helping when I’m going through some changes in my life but MFC decide to add more problems. Even this 1*️⃣ I’m giving it because there is nothing less then this…. Highly disappointed.☹️ 👎🏽
Worse bank ever Absa Vehicle Finance, service from Head office Consultants, I’ve missed installments, try to communicate with them but refused to assist, the car has been repossessed now and I’ve been calling them but no help I spoke to the lady Agnes Mathebula and Silindile Mncwango on the 25th who promised me to receive a call or email with details of the payment I need to pay but nothing, I called again Agnes on the 29th and she said she will forward a 2rd reminder from her colleague and I waited again but nothing. Today I decided to go straight where the car in park, only to be told I need to wait for email from them and pay and collect the car after 2days of making payments, on top of that the money has been doubled from what was owed from R14k to 24k😳. Saying it additional cost which was not discussed before car was taken with me as the owner because the car was taken from the driver. Guys if you want peace just don’t take Car with Absa, there are useless, very quick to take the car without making arrangements when you in trouble. Got few cars with FNB, Nedbank but I was Neva treated like this. It people like this that make Absa useless like it is and it will close down soon if they carry on treating customers like this. Worse decision I ever made by taking this car with Absa. I been waiting for the call from them until now when they said definitely by 14:00 you will get a call. But Dololo…😒 Thank you Yours Disappointed Client
Called in when my car broke down and consultant on the line was very friendly and helped to get tow truck and he was even checking up on me via watsupp to see if I got helped and I’m safe
Poor Service from Car Tracker still waiting for them to come and Fit a device in my car but they keep calling me during working hours told them where I am when to come but still nothing☹️, yeeeerrr but they still Dr my Account full Re-installation cost plus monthly subscription premium.
Poor Service from SARS Call center from Lady by the name of Anda, whom she refused to give her surname and also failed to answer simple questions that I was asking of her, she keep telling me, I should go online or do it Via EFILLING and when I ask how? she tells me I must read questions. I wanted just a simple thing on how to get Tax Clearance Certificate for our new Registered company and she failed to answer and she was very Rude. Totally un Acceptable Service from her, I ended up dropping the call because of the way she was talking to me like talking to a Child.
Good morning My Name is Sthembiso Masikane I have been a member of car tracker for a long time and I was a happy client up until now when I bought the new car and have my tracker removed from my old car to the new car but until now I'm still waiting for that device to be installed. The payment has gone twice from my account but no device installed, I have called 3 time, send emails and to try to arrange with car tracker when they can come but I got feedback that I will be called back but nothing. they promised that they will call me after hours to arrange installation but nothing except getting calls and emails for payment for the device that is not installed and I have already made payment.
