better not to take your car here they have rolled my Car and now no one wants to pay
So far the worst internet providers 6months for them struggling for them find out way i have latency spikes up to 800ms. It interferes with video streaming, gaming and web surfing. Their phone technicians are poor and don't do proper Root cause analysis they don't contact you back for feedback nor carry the message over to the next shift coming on i went so far as to contact the CEO of herotel but nothing so far. I am real fed-up with this providers i think going to court will be the best solution here they cost me thousands of Rands.
