what to expect is **** service with days of fighting to fix the problem with 0 skills as technical support that's what to expect must be one of the worst internet providers in this world rather use a rock it will give you better results

Worst internet providers
So far the worst internet providers 6months for them struggling for them find out way i have latency spikes up to 800ms. It interferes with video streaming, gaming and web surfing. Their phone technicians are poor and don't do proper Root cause analysis they don't contact you back for feedback nor carry the message over to the next shift coming on i went so far as to contact the CEO of herotel but nothing so far. I am real fed-up with this providers i think going to court will be the best solution here they cost me thousands of Rands.
