On the 05 April 2023 i went to old mutual cnr Andries and Vermeulen to Cancel my retirement policy i explained myself why i cancel my policy the lady told me she cancel my policy i will receive my money within 21 days because its 3000 rand. after 21 days without any respond i went to quagga centre old mutual the guy told me it was not cancelled they just stopped it he will help me . now today on the 12 May i went back again to enquire again they said i have to wait for 15 working days after 15 minutes i receive message from old Mutual they says i m owing SARS and what i know i m not owing SARS anything . I went to sars now they told me i m not owing anything from them and they did not received any money from my side. i m always dissaponted with old mutual they always have stories if you want your refunds . i just need to cancel everthing that i have with them i rather go to Metropolitan they wont dissapoint you. please old mutual give me my money please. with my husband it was the same stories.

i need refund from shosholoza finance they dont want to refund me i do have all settlement that i was asking from them .
Morning i m MM NKADIMENG i was having a loan with shosholoza finance previous months so decided to close my account . i ask the people from get away to paid up my account from shosholoza . they ask me to get settlement letter from them they email that letter from there we make all the prosess that was needed they paid out all my accounts. come the 26 when i get paid they deducted money from my payslip the amount of 5400 while they settled my account from them. so now they supposed to refund me the money that they deducted on my payslip they told me the money from get away its not reflecting on their system i must come the following day they will refund me. so the lady by the name DEBBIE she took proof of payment telling me she will refund before 12 the following day. when i make follow ups he gave a black guy to explaine to me that i m not going to get my refund cause i was paying for OCTOBER MONTH but last month september my balance was still the same of which was 7490 when ask for OCTOBER same amount GETWAY Paid up that money so now they took 5400 i left with nothing on my account i have to pay school fees and food for my kids now they playing monkey tricks about my money please help me. from MM. i struggle to get my husband funeral cover money while i m still paying it,
Morning hello peter I Magdeline I join old mutual 2007 for family cover so my husband passed on 2018 December. I went to old mutual to submit his document they said they cant help me because me and my husband we are divorce and the sad story is they are still deducting on my salary but they don't want to pay me . I m very disapinted . could you please help me in this situation they ask me lot of things I submitted but they want to pay me. THANKS .
