2 weeks to receive the order, not what is promised on their page. When I received the order, it was not what I ordered. I reached out to them on their contact page with no response, tried calling no answer, sent multiple WhatsApp messages with no response. I all my communication I was not rude, just asking how we can resolve this. No response received. Now I have a bottle of perfume I've never even heard of and not what I paid for with no communication from this business to even try and resolve this. If they said sorry, we don't have stock, I'll wait and return what I received. But my goodness, communicate please. Ignoring customers is a sure way to make a business look bad.
