Internet Order - What a Fiasco!
Purchased a tap mixer from Deal hub specifically for the reason that this tap mixer pipe outlets were 180mm. apart. All the tap mixer from retail outlets have tap mixers with pipe outlets that are 150mm. apart. I made this purchase on 6th September. 2023. Buffalo are the local courier that delivers the goods. Buffalo arrived at my premises to hand over the tap mixer on Friday 3rd November 2013 but believe it or not my goods were not in the van. On Monday 6th November (2 months after my order) they arrived at my premises to hand over my tap mixer. I opened the box, and the goods were not as I ordered. Yes, it was a tap mixer, but the pipe outlets were 150mm. apart! This was not the description of my order. It was supposed to be 180mm. apart. I have since emailed and mentioned the order was wrong and I'm wiping my hands off this fiasco and said Goodbye to them all. I could have purchased this wrongly delivered order from my local hardware 1 block from my residence. What a mess - Back to square 1 and worse off!!

Just Like The Old Days
Today everything is digital including on line purchases. I was glad I could buy something over the desk and collect. Best price and great service. Very helpful when I called for directions.
