Hi, I loaded a script on the Discovery app and got the SMS indicating two hours to process. Never received any further communication. They call me a week later to tell me they have a backlog and that they understand my frustration for not having a means to call them or the get my Chronic Cardio related meds.
I signed my son up for an international cultural tour in November 2019. The trip was planned for August 2020. I paid two amounts totalling R13 500. I cancelled the trip in February due to Carona virus. The confirmed on email they would refund R10 000 in March 2020. They then stopped the refund due to lockdown although the refund was supposed to be paid before lockdown..This week I received a R10 000 voucher for travel with them in the next 24 month. This is a worthless piece of paper and I want my refund in cash as promised on email. How can they change the rules. Glad I did not trust these people with my childs safety. They are not ethical. Their representative who came and presented the trip at the school now ignore emails.
