EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible service! I ordered an L shape couch on the 25 of October 2025, there is no communication, phones are not being answered, watsapp messages are being ignored. Iam full of regret!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Iam extremely dissatisfied with how my claim has been handled, i lodged a claim on the 04 April 2022 to this day i have'nt received an outcome, iam told its still with the decision making committee, its been over a month, almost 2. I have to do a follow up daily, they dont bother phoning, even when they do, its just to tell you to continue waiting, the waiting is immeasurable, no time frame is stated. I would'nt recommend this insurance even to my worst enemy, infact i curse the day i joined it
