The worst experience I have ever had with them. Sent me an email to pay for customs tax which went right into my junk mail. No one bothered to call me from their office for 9 days till I found out myself, and quickly paid up so that they can ship the item to me. To make things worse, they charged me taxes based on GBP when it was supposed to be in USD, which I informed them and told them to refund me the difference. NOPE! They replied they will hold my item until they confirm this with the merchant even though I had already paid for full customs tax based on overcharged rate GBP, which was also their mistake. So why can't they just send me the parcel already since I have paid in full the taxes? What have they got to lose? Can't they do this check concurrently and send the item to me?? HOLDING ME AT RANSOM WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
