Horrible / Dirty/ Full of insects rooms
The worst / horrible experience The place is so so dirty, it`s a *** style. The linen is so so dirty, the sheets are now turned grey. We could not even sleep a wink because of insects, spiders, flying ****roaches, crickets are all over the place. the carpets on the floor are so dirty. the place is horrible. I would not recommend it to any human. at check in time our room was not prepared ,we were told to wait for renovations to finish at 19:00. then the smell of new paint was unpleasant.

MWEB POOR SERVICE
I placed an order for a voucher easy pay reference which should not take even 24 hours .My order was never processed for 5 days , when I contacted MWEB on Friday their incompetent call centre agents told me they just placed a new order on my behalf , which is still pending even now . MWEB has the worse service . I`am still without internet due to an incompetent poor service of MWEB
