I have been experiencing problems with my internet. After lenghty calls to RSAWEB I was eventually informed that a request will be made to replace my router as it woukd appear that that is the problem. Then i was contacted again almost at the end of the week where i had to redo the process of checking whether it was indeed my router, it was AGAIN found that it was infact the router and was informed that my new router will be replaced on 1 nov 2024 at 11h30. I took off from work to ensure that i was available for this replacement. To date no one came, nor was i contacted to inform me about the change of plans, if any. Prior to this i wanted to cancel my contract but because of the promise of resolution of the problem, i cancelled my termination. It feels that i was only contacted because i requested termination of my contract and when i changed my mind, the bad service continued. I am currently paying for a service with no benefit and this company is quite ok with it because they are receiving their money.
In my book karoo spitbraai is the bomb. They catered for a spitbraai at our staff function yesterday, we were 75 people. They arrived on time, were extremely professional in all their processes, produced what was required. But the thing that is most important, the food was out of this world. From our bread and cheese table to our dessert, no one could complain, and we had left overs. I will gladly recommend karoo spitbraai and flip to anyone anytime.
