AH Auto Services gave me the worst service ever and won't recommend their business to anyone. We have been told that they would need to replace the timing chain, power steering pump, auxi****y belt, do a major service on the car and that they would conclude with a diagnostic test to confirm that there were no issues where we had to pay +/- R20 000. We have been told that our vehicle has been repaired and serviced, but have not received the diagnostic test to date and noticed that the vehicle has bad oil leaks which never happened before the service. After informing the owner of AH Auto Services and sent the images to confirm that it was engine oil, he said that they would need to inspect to confirm where it is coming from, but that this will serve as a new job and that we will have to pay extra for the inspection which I disputed due to the vehicle only doing this after they did their work on it. The owner then says if the cause for the leak was found in an area where they have not worked then we would have to pay them extra which I then agreed to. They confirmed to come out out on multiple occasions (30 November, 05 and 10 December) with no avail and never communicated that they couldn't make it making us wait for them. After numerous messages we finally got hold of AH AUTO SERVICES and they came to inspect our vehicle's oil leak on the 08 January, 3 months after we requested them to inspect the oil leak that they caused, where they stated that they identified that the cause of the leak would be an even bigger job then the prior job and stated that we would need to replace our steering rack because it was leaking. After doing an assessment at 3 different mechanics, they all confirm that it was not the steering rack and that the leak is coming from the tappet/ valve cover which AH Auto Services had to removed to replace the timing chain. The oil leak was caused because AH Auto Services did not replace the valve cover gasket and seals and therefore our vehicle is leaking engine oil. I have stated this to AH Auto Services and they have not messaged me back to date.
My account has been wrongfully cancelled by Vox in February after I have made payment on the 27 February for March including the outstanding balance and this payment was made before due date (01 March 2022) specified on statement received on the 23 February 2022 from them. There were cost incurred to Vox due to them having to rectify the situation that they have caused. They have reconnected my services after seeing that I did make payment, but stated that I have to pay the amount incurred by Vox with no justification as to why I was liable for the payment. I have been sending constant emails regarding these allegations requesting feedback as to why I should pay if I have not caused the problem. These emails sent have not been attended to or responded to for quite some time and I have made multiple phone calls to speak to the person dealing with my account with no avail and do not even get a call back in the event they are busy at that time. I then continued to pay in march for services in April and May even though I have gone probably 2 weeks with no internet in March because of their delay in rectifying and retracting the cancellation. I also had to go without internet for about a week in May because they suspended my account for no apparent reason and after I called them and expressed my frustration especially after prior paying for the month of May which is when they reconnected my connection again. I have now received a final demand indicating that if I do no pay the amount incurred by Vox due to the cancellation they have made and supposedly retracted, they will terminate my services with no justification at all.
