I am a new customer to Pineapple that was debited the wrong installment instead of what the consultant quoted me. After numerous mails I got one call from a customer service manager to tell me that what was offered to me they cannot offer and will get back to me but nothing yet. I have been sending so many mails due to no call center number to call and even sent a blog message to the co-founder with no response at all. This is absolutely ridiculous service from Pineapple. The recording even proved that what I was quoted to what was debited from my account was wrong but still to this day no senior management from Pineapple will care to call and sort out my issue.
5 days with out internet. Pathetic company who can not inform customers when the problem will be resolved. No customer service at all. Help line does not work. We paying for a service we can not use.
