ORDER PLACED & PAID FOR - NO RESPONSE FROM LEAFFWELLI WHATSOEVER - DON'T TRUST THEM !!!
I posted a negative review about Matrix on Hello Peter a few weeks ago & was surprised to receive a phone call from them within 10 minutes of the review ... HOWEVER, although they listened to my complaint & promised to follow it up, I have not heard another word from them!!! ALL emails are TOTALLY IGNORED - Why have an email address when no emails are attended to? Why have customer "care" agents when they truly don't care at all about their customers? I UNFORTUNATELY have a 3 year contract with Matrix/Beame - I would CANCEL THE CONTRACT TODAY if it was possible. This is just a word of warning to prospective consumers - DON'T do business with Matrix!!!
DO NOT AGREE TO SUBSCRIBE TO MATRIX VEHICLE TRACKING - THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS - CUT TELEPHONE CALLS SHORT & NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS EITHER - MY EXPERIENCE WITH MATRIX VEHICLE TRACKING HAS BEEN A JOKE FROM BEGINNING TO END - I'LL BE SURPRISED IF THEY STAY IN OPERATION WITH THEIR CURRENT TRACK RECORD !
BEWARE of clicking on ANYTHING remotely connected with JustAnswer.com (& I think .co.za as well) Their website is VERY deceptive & just by clicking on something "innocent" charges in excess of R500 are immediately debited to your bank account !!! When telephoned, I could hear that the person was stalling & am convinced they are ****MERS !
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MYHOBBYBUYS.COM - THEY ARE ****MERS ! I ORDERED A PRODUCT FROM THEM ON 23 APRIL 2025 & NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM - THEIR SITE ON THE WWW ALSO RETURNS "THIS SITE CANNOT BE REACHED" BE WARNED !
On the 21 June 2024 I requested UIF to reset my password - They required a certified copy of my ID document, which I duly emailed through to them. They acknowledged receipt of the document & advised me via email that the resetting of my password would take 7-10 working days. To date (25 July 2024) I have sent them an ADDITIONAL 4 emails & telephoned their "Customer Care" line on 0800 030 007 SEVEN TIMES & am still being advised that "we have received a copy of your ID & escalated your request to the relevant department for the resetting of your password" I AM LESS THAN IMPRESSED & FURIOUS - WHAT DO THE STAFF AT THE UIF OFFICES DO ALL DAY ? HOW LONG DOES IS TAKE TO RESET A PASSWORD ? THEY ARE LESS THAN USELESS
On 3rd December 2023 I (unfortunately) ordered a pair of sandals from Harper Sandals ... AFTER I had paid for them (IN FULL) I immediately received an email from no-reply@noreply.buffaloex.com, which I suspect is a false email address, confirming that I had ONE order pending for delivery by them. Since placing my order I have NOT heard another word from either party & highly suspect that Harper Sandals is a **** SITE who somehow manage to secure orders & simply KEEP YOUR MONEY - DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE !
I regrettably purchased an item from One Deal a Day which, when it arrived was NOT what I expected the item to be - I have been trying to contact One Deal a Day since 25 January, but to NO AVAIL - There is apparently no contact number (that I can find) & they DO NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS sent to their email address. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING from One Deal a Day EVER AGAIN & WILL advise EVERYONE I know NOT to be fooled into purchasing from them
