Intercape bus does not have good procedures to deal with complaints, their drivers are unprofessional and rude. I was left out in the cold with my 2year old, cursed out by their driver who was smoking in my face after they delayed for 2 hours. He was unprofessional, rude, puffing cigarette whilst we waited in the cold. He demanded a bribery to let me in with my child and consequently left me in the cold. Intercape bus did not care about my bad experience with them, NEVER apologised but sided with their driver stating he was “calm” even though they did not witness anything. When I asked for a full refund, they refused and said they don’t give full refund even thought I did not board the bus. Offered to TAKE 15% and give me a voucher. Now they have been quiet ever since then. I tried to call them the consultants speak then my call get dropped.
The WORST online baby store. I have ordered 3 in 1 baby stroller which comes with car seat &baby sleeper. They only sent stroller, the other items missing. When I complained to them several times they ignored me. They took long to deliver and items were missing. They only responsive when you making an order after that they don’t care at all. I have discovered I’m not the only one, they are misleading when advertising their products. Im advising parents DON’T BUY from them. Poor service and lack of communication. No care for their customers, money is a priority to them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
