I have reviewed Bosko Cape Town’s services on Hello Peter - quite simply unacceptable. Now this business’ email address is no longer working and no other means of contacting them. This business is a ****.
I ordered a dress from Bosko on 22 November 2024 and it is now 15 December. The tracking facility on the order confirmation does not work; contact with the company via email gets a reply to effect that customer services representative (Jane) is "with you every step of the way" to resolve the issue but does not provide any updates re delivery or how the company intends to resolve the issue. I am not sure this company even exists and have now contacted them again via email (as there is no telephonic contact number) and requested the order be cancelled and amount paid refunded. I am not optimistic about the outcome of my latest email.
I placed an order on 24 April 2022 and received confirmation that it would be delivered in 3 - 5 days. It is now a full one month later and all I have is a string of excuses, the most recent being that they had a burglary in their Cape Town warehouse and the item was stolen - this after they informed me via SMS that their courier had collected it 10 days before and received another SMS stated the order had been delivered - on the same day I got an email saying it was stolen. Unbelievable.
