Bought a perfume which I am very fami**** with... it was definitely not same thing. On the positive side, the courier delivery was efficient, communication was good, and delivery was snappy.
I have been asking for an emailed copy of my Policy for more than two years. Without fail, I get calls from a subcontractor wanting to tell me about gifts and how my policy is not market-related any more. I have BEGGED for a copy to be emailed to me. Each time they assure me that they have the correct email address and EACH time they say they do not have access to my policy. But they will TRY to ask someone to send it to me. This has been going on for TWO years - and still no email with a copy of my policy. I do not want perfume, tissues and fancy wrapped marking material - all I want is a copy of my policy. I have tried being nice, and I have been EXCEPTIONALLY direct - nothing seems to work. I trust that this will bring about some constructive feedback.
Delay in delivery. Inferior product - image on the website is misleading. Substandard packaging - no shoebox - only the courier envelope. A real effort to get goods returned and to be refunded.
