This is for eliteplumber.co.za When I wanted an existing gas geyser connected to existing pipes in the roof for a bathroom we are busy renovating they told me the pipes don't exist anymore. They've been cut off and removed in the roof and to find them and reconnect they'd have to chop into the wall which would be really expensive and messy. So they sold me a new gas geyser installation with outside pipes for R17K instead. Additionally they added some 'cover' for the existing gas geyser to prevent it from not working in the rain. After that the geyser started cutting off once in a while when water was running. When I asked about that and confirmed it never happened before, I didn't get a response anymore. Which led me to asking other plumbers to attend to some more work needed for the bathroom. After the new plumbers did what was required we noticed that the new hot water pipe pulled in from the outside, was only connected to the shower, not the sink. With the bathroom fully tiled and basically done, we now had to look for the best solution to fix this. The plumber went into the roof and noticed the old hot water pipe was sticking out of the wall neatly blocked off and quoted me for a few meters copper pipes and reconnecting it to the old geyser, plus extending the old hot water pipe from the original bathtub tap to the shower mixer. That was all that would have been needed and could have been done without having to chop off brand new tiles again. But why be happy with a quick half a day job if you can sell an expensive geyser installation... And then they installed the hand shower outlet above the shower mixer. Never seen something like that in my life before.. When I informed Elite Plumber about this it took 3 messages before I got the answer he will revert back to me shortly, but is trying to find out what's going on from the plumber. No response to my follow up the next day and today, 3 days later, still nothing
<div>Middle of April I decided to invest in a inverter solution and contacted Next Gen Solar - now unfortunately - via their website, nextgensolar.co.za the contact address is Info@nextgensolar.co.za They responded quickly to my questions, seemed to be very helpful and because I wanted a package not available online they sent an invoice and I paid via EFT. On the invoice it stated a 7 day delivery. I forwarded proof of payment to them on the 25th of April and received an e-mail saying they'd send possible installation dates the next day. When I didn't hear from them I followed up, on the 3rd of May. Since it was the Easter weekend I expected delays. Again on the 6th of May which got me a response promising confirmation by the end of the day. But nothing. I followed up on the 16th, 19th and 24th. To date no response. Yesterday I decided to try contact them via Facebook, since Facebook said they usually respond within the hour. Sure enough, I got an auto answer immediately, since then nothing. This is unacceptable customer service at the very least. What I think it is I unfortunately can't say because it's not proven. But I'm writing this in the hope I can prevent someone else to have the same experience of "bad customer service".</div>
Stay away, they are scammers. Nextgensolar.co.za They take your money and you'll never see anything
