KFC Ermelo, no coffee at 3am
24 Hour KFC and 3am in the morning you can't even get a coffee at KFC Ermelo because their coffee machine doesn't work at night Pathetic

Oxy is a ****
This is a **** investment, If you invest end request a withdrawal you have issues with withdrawal. They publish on their telegram group you never have to be without money yet I have been waiting over 2 days for my withdrawal and when I ask there customer care they have excuses and want you to put in more money. Bad Service Capitec Bank
I work in Saudi Arabia and receive my salary in my Saudi Arabia Bank Account. I transfer money to my Capitec Bank account and I have a standing arrangement for this. I was told if I have a standing arrangement my international transfer will be released into my account. Now I get a email from Capitec Bank that I have to confirm all my details for the transfer to be released. What is the purpose of a Standing instruction if Capitec Bank can't even follow their own procedures?

I am a South African Citizen and because I am working in Saudi Arabia, Luno has de-linked my Luno Crypto Wallet. I am not at all happy with how I was treated as all my transactions was made through my South African account.

Worsts Service of Capitec bank
Okay so my wife has full authority on my account, I have a standing arrangement for international payments into my account as I am working in Saudi Arabia and once again Capitec bank refuse to release my payment and also refused to help my wife even if she has full authority on my account. I will take this to all the news papers in South Africa regarding the pathetic service of Capitec Bank. What is the use of a standing agreement and my wife's full authority on my account and they refuse to assist my wife.

Worst service in Polokwane
For months I have to wait for a property agent to fix taps that was never working since my wife moved into a rental property in Polokwane. The agent Tebogo promises it will be fixed and it was never done. I come back home from Saudi Arabia only to find things was never fixed as promised.

Bad Service
Got a quote for new equipment R3000, paid deposit of R1600, installed secondhand equipment and the internet is not working. Was told it will be look at within 45 minutes and after 3 hours I had to ask again. Bad service. 👎

Bad Customer Service
For over 2 weeks I am waiting for my international fund transfer to be released into my Capitec Bank account. With numerous emails and phone calls they have informed me today that this matter is now concluded and closed yet my money is still not available in my account. How can you conclude and close something that is not handled and completed. Capitec Bank has the worst customer service in the world

Worst Service Ever
11 Days has passed and my international funds transfer to my personal bank account has not been processed. Capitec Bank does not assist me or my wife at all. They do not even follow their own systems as per mails to me. This is the worst service I have ever received. Capitec Bank wants to control your hard earned money and refuse to release it into my account. They send you one mail and you reply with 6 mails and they don't even reply after that. I have spend over R1000 in phone calls from Saudi Arabia and still nothing. They are not even checking the swift system as per their email that it is the process to follow.

Worst Service Ever
After over R1000 of phone calls to Capitec Bank to release my international transfer to my own personal account I still did not receive the money. My wife just phoned again and they keep telling my wife I must get it from the bank in Saudi Arabia and mail to them yet this is what they said must happen. "*Capitec Bank Assistant* The foreign/sending bank must please send us an amendment message in a form of an MT199, 195 or 196 on the SWIFT system and change the beneficiary name on the payment to ROELF STEPH**** JACOBUS VAN HEERDEN Kindly advise accordingly." Please explain to me your double standards that you can't follow your own system but you expect me to do it. My wife just phoned again now and the consultant was so rude she dropped the phone on my wife. This is the kind of service you get from the bank that you trust with your money. Aspect a law suit Capitec Bank, I will not let this go lightly. You will not treat my wife like ****. No wonder South Africa is going down the drain because this is what you get. The bank steal your money. Corrupt Bank
