I have placed a order on 14 december 2023 and the i asked to change my order which jason did and paid the deffirence so today as 22 december 2023 and no order recieved yet after sending him multiple mails as to an update on my order and no response i had the same hazzle twice before and it just gets worse as you are going but he has good products but you struggle to get them this is poor service very poor
Sussman attorneys are the legal deparment handling accounts that are in arrears for intellicell so they call me getting me to pay my contract after many attemps telling them my situation that i cant afford the amount they want but note i am willing to pay just a little less so they bring threats an so fourth so i decide i will pay the amount they want to get it over and done with so all settled the start deducting all good so i asked for a statement in february 2022 i did recieved whereby the statement showed that since from 18 february 2022 i have a balance of R1308 left to pay so fine we keep on going and note they debit R94 a week from my salary then today on 8 june 2022 i reqeust another statement on mail but i send it straight to the same person who send me my statement previously and then no response so i get suspicious so i decide let me back date everything until 18 february 2022 and start adding every weeks payment to date the date of 8 june 2022 to find by my suprise that my account should have ben settled 6 weeks before and they dont stop debiting or notify you or what so ever that is corrupt i have send a mail threatning to sue the and i will if i dont get refunded this is unacceptable times are though for every one but not to them and please do make calculations to whom ever it my concern
I had a packagethat was suppose to be delivered to me today i suddenly recieved on my tracking that the company is closed this was at 15:45 on the 27 of may 2022 and the company only closes at 16:30 and then i contacted a consultant the i was tild repeatedly that the company was closed and i told them that it is not as my wife works at the company i was repeatedly told that i can wait until monday 30 may 2022 when i told them that this is poor service and that i will report them i was told ok its fine i told them that the driver was or at the wrong place or he was never there i was just told you can wait to monday ao i am sick of this because you pay for service but they service you as they please thank you
