Poor service from people who are supposed to help keep our families safe!

The number one thing in today’s life is to feel safe and secured especially if you have a family, small kids, like I do…. I ts been a few times now that fox never call when our alarms goes off, or when we call them in matters where the alarms are alerted, they only pitch at the premisses long after we logged for them to come out! I am extremely disappointed in the poor service we have received!
