There when you need them
I've been with Fox security in Meyersdal since they started out and have always been satisfied with the service. Yes, like with any "relationship" there are ups and downs. For the downs there are usually a satisfactory resolution. If the alarm goes off the response for a callback is usually so fast that I do not have time to switch the alarm off. The response vehicles are normally there within reasonable times considering the patrol areas and the activity at the time. The installers and techs have almost always been there at the appointed times. A few years ago, my sister fell at around midnight and we could not get her up. We phoned them and somebody came out to help us completely free of charge even though I am sure that is not part of the patrol person’s responsibilities. We had "visitors" Sunday morning and the alarm went off. We received the call and a few minutes later two patrol cars were on scene. They chased after them but lost them due to fence hopping but came back to just make sure we were OK and to enquire if SAPS is required etc. An hour or two later we received a call from the call center just follow up. So, I just want to say thank you all and well done!!!

Fox security Alberton is useless
I am not a client nor will I ever be and nor will I ever recommend Fox. My complex is next door to a restaurant. The alarm goes off at least once a week. Over and over again. Who can sleep at 2am with an alarm that wont shut off? This is south africa we always assume something bad is happening. Its disturbing and stressful. Fox is absolutely useless. They dont even send a patrol unit when the alarm goes off. Seems like they simply ignore it. They cash in on their clients payments but dont provide the service. Quite pathetic. We are happy with CPS in our complex. Alarm goes off and in minutes we have a patrol unit checking on us. Fox dont even know the alarm is going off or they do and just dont care

Fox security Alberton is useless

Fox security & alarms
After loadshedding my alarm's settings were lost. I reported it and a technician, George, phoned me and made an appointment with me for 09h00 the following day. 1) He also replaced the battery which I had requested. 2) He was at my gate at 09h00 spot on. 3) He was friendly and fixed everything in no time. I will recommend Fox to anyone looking for a security company. I have been with them for about 20 years and have never regretted my decision. Best investment in security I have ever made. Well done. Fox security & alarms

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - USELESS COMPANY
On 9 June 2023 I paid an amount of R12 681,05 for a new alarm system to be installed by Fox. After fighting and Fox providing 101 excuses, they only installed the system on 14 Aug 2023 (2 MONTHS after receiving payment). From day one the system has not worked properly (alarm going off with a “tampering message”). On 18 Nov 2023 the radio stopped working completely and same was reported to Fox. On 20 Nov 2023 the first technician arrived to try sort out the problem. He replaced the radio and said the cellular port on the board is faulty. On looking at the date on the board (15 Jul 2022) it is quite obvious that Fox installed an old faulty board to begin with (if it was a new board Fox would have recourse against their supplier). My quotation clearly states “Six months guarantee on parts used”. Since the system is less than 6 months old Fox is liable to replace the board however they choose to send out technician after technician who have all said the board is faulty instead of just replacing the board. Ironically, Fox who is supposed to uphold the ends of justice and being “peace officers” also had the audacity to suggest that I claim from my homeowner’s insurance for something that is still under guarantee – it is a ******** offence to make false insurance claims! Today 13 Dec 2023 they were supposed to replace the board but guess what once again they sent out two more technicians who have now removed the board to have it “tested” – obviously they do not have much faith in their own technicians! I now am sitting without any alarm system! Fox unfortunately you are useless and I will also not hesitate to paste this message on every conceivable social media platform! My next course of action should social media not get your attention will be to approach my attorney. My advice to anyone out there is do NOT have an alarm system installed by this company!

Poor service from people who are supposed to help keep our families safe!
The number one thing in today’s life is to feel safe and secured especially if you have a family, small kids, like I do…. I ts been a few times now that fox never call when our alarms goes off, or when we call them in matters where the alarms are alerted, they only pitch at the premisses long after we logged for them to come out! I am extremely disappointed in the poor service we have received!

Poor service from people who are supposed to help keep our families safe!
The number one thing in today’s life is to feel safe and secured especially if you have a family, small kids, like I do…. I ts been a few times now that fox never call when our alarms goes off, or when we call them in matters where the alarms are alerted, they only pitch at the premisses long after we logged for them to come out! I am extremely disappointed in the poor service we have received!

Fox Alarms & Security a great armed response partner!!
I have been a client of Fox Alarms & Security for the past 20 years. During this period, I have never had any issues or concerns about their unwavering service. Having a security partner like Fox, gives me and my family a sense of safety and comfort - knowing that they are just a call away. Whenever there is any issues with my alarm system, they will be at my premises within 10 minutes. They will check the surrounding areas in my yard to ensure that there are no intruders or suspicious characters hanging around. At times, I would only that they have been at my place, when i find their inspection ticket placed on the door/gate of my premises. With the high crime/burglary rates in our area, it gives me and my family a peace of mind and a sense security to know that we have a reliable partner in Fox Alarms & Security armed response team. Well done Fox - keep up the good work in keeping our neighbourhood safe.

Julle diens is altyd puik, ons kan elke keer sonder stress weg gaan want ons weet ons huis is in die beste hande. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ek wil net vir almal dankie se, die dames op kantoor wat altyd so vriendelik is. Fox is Simply the Best
I was interested in signing up to Fox Alarms and Security Services and when I inquired 4 months ago Cobus advised that he will send me a quote which never happened, 4 months later when I inquired again I was told that he had resigned and did not inform fox about my interest. so I laid a complaint on facebook and immediately Sherlisa Nieuwenhuizen assisted with my complaint and has been following up with me everyday to retain me as a client, the service I am receiving now is superb thanks to Sherlisa and especially Frikkie Whitehorn for coming out to see me and explaining everything in detail and showing me how to work the alarm system and also giving me one month free access to their services. Well done guys glad to be apart of the brand.:-)
